csspart not working for cta hyperlink

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an auro-hyperlink with type cta
2. Style the csspart
3. See that the css in the csspart doesn't apply to the hyperlink

If we remove the type cta, then the csspart styles do apply correctly to the auro-hyperlink.

See on the auro-docsite, changing one of the hyperlinks to type cta removes the additional styling.

Expected behavior

The css being applied to the csspart works.

Which version of auro-hyperlink do you have installed?

8.0.0
(this worked in earlier versions of auro-hyperlink that didn't use auro-hyperlink-button)
