Feat: Add `noInset` property for removing padding from button

Feature Description

Allow for setting of the noInset property (via attribute or programmatically) that will remove the left and right inset padding from the button.

Additional context

Needed to support icon-only and other functionality.

I don't really have an opinion on this one, I think we just added this ticket as a placeholder for something that we thought was needed. If there's a better engineering decision here, I'm game.
