Hi.
Can you create a Readme file, how to configure and setup the project ?

Basically it looks like:

cd /srv/apps
hob-server bootstrap

than follow the instructions from post-install banner.

Gem is not published yet, because it's not safe by default (requires ssl), so you have to install it manually (through the bundler for example). That's why i don't want to have README for now.

I plan to add SRP6a auth before release, but have no ETA for now.
