What does the keyword implicit do?

The implicit keyword is used to mark an __as__ function as able to be performed without requiring an explicit cast.

For example,

struct MyNumber ()

func __as__(_my_number MyNumber) double {
    return 1234
}

func main {
    my_number MyNumber
    x double = my_number as double
    print("x = " + x)
}

x = 1234.0

requires an explicit as double in order to convert the MyNumber value to a double.

However, if you mark the __as__ conversion function as implicit, the conversion becomes implicit and the as becomes optional.
