Tool to translate C code into Adept code

There are a lot of simple C code out there. The tool doesn't have to be too powerful to the extent that it can translate any C code regardless of the complexity. This is impossible anyway. But it should be able to translate common C code. This will aid the adoption of the language.

Yes, having a C translator or something like that is a goal, although it might not be implemented until Adept 3.0
