Documentation is almost nonexistent, and it's too hard to get support. Too bad, it's the most simple library that I could translate to Adept manually. Even so, I can only translate the Win32 part of dw.h. I think it's time for me to give up on GUI programming in Adept.

Yeah there aren't really any good GUI libraries I've found either. Every single one of them has problems.

I think the combo IUP + CD + IM is a good choice, though. Everything is abstracted away, no platform specific stuffs like dwindows.

IUP alone is small and clean enough that could be translated manually. IUP could take advantage of CD and IM if they are available but is not depend on them. IUP alone is a fairly feature complete GUI toolkit.
