How to create a static library in Adept?

For example, my SampleLibrary.adept is like this:

external func Addition(x double, y double) double = x + y

external func Subtraction(x double, y double) double = x - y

external func Multiplication(x double, y double) double = x * y

external func Division(x double, y double) double = x / y

Currently to create a static library, you have to compile the source code to an object file with adept -c library_root_file.adept and link it manually with ar (which you can obtain from the mingw64 project).

adept -c my_library.adept
ar rcs libmy_library.a my_library.o

Ideally this would be made easier though
