Can I substitute *ubyte with *byte for C strings?

For example, is this valid?

str *byte = 'foo'

You could since the signed-ness doesn't actually matter for strings

But you'd have to cast the literal to a *byte since Adept assumes *ubyte will be used for C-strings.
