Whitelist/blacklist servers where the remember must be applied

It'd be great to add some configuration that allows listing which servers should be remembered and which should be ignored.

I implemented more permissions in #6 which would cover your problem because I wanted the same configurability.
Since the configuration is done through permissions you need a permission plugin like LuckPerms.
You can then use the rememberme.notracking permission to disable tracking and with a corresponding context limit which servers to track/not track.

Unfortunately my PR is still not merged or even noticed after 4 months.

@Sergentval since I don't have access to this repository I can't publish releases. I can share the version I've been using the last 2 years without issues tho.
