Reconciliation API use cases

It's agreed Reconciliation will use the https://reconciliation-api.github.io/specs/draft/ protocol
(and thus can be used with Open/OntoRefine and we can create Reconciliation services).

But we also need to describe how the service will be used, so we can map the BSDD data structures to it.
A Recon service matches against Objects (or specific object types/subtypes), and can return additional Properties (and data props of reconciled instances).
How does that match BSDD, which has Classifications, Properties (but no instance values), and ClassificationProperties ?
