[Bug] Hide "uploaded" message block after first immich album is linked

Summary

Users who only want to use immich albums are seeing the "no uploads so far" message all the time

What actually happened?

When linking an immich album there is still the message, that there are no photos uploaded yet.

What should have happened?

This block should hide after the first immich album is linked. The upload button can stay.

Implemented on the Immich branch and live on the preview (immich-beta.travstats.de). The uploaded block hides as soon as at least one album is linked and there are no own uploads — and comes back when the last album is unlinked. Verified in the browser in both directions.

Ships with the Immich release; leaving this open until then.
