[Feature] Add time field for POIs on trips timeline

Summary

POIs on trips timeline should get a time field for better order.

What problem does this feature solve?

Currently there is only a date field. And so there is no chance to order more POIs on the same day correct.

What do you propose?

Add time fields next to the date fields on creating POIs or extend the current date fields to date/time fields. So more POIs are in the correct order in the timeline. Diary entries should always be the last entry of a day. Or let the user decide in settings if he wants diaries the first or last item of a day.

Thanks! 🙏 Good point on same-day ordering. This fits the larger POI / trip-stops work we're planning (the same feature that brings the OpenStreetMap-based location/POI search) rather than a standalone tweak — so it'll land as part of that a bit after 2.3, including proper date + time on stops so same-day entries sort correctly. Noted the diary first/last-in-a-day option too. Keeping this open to track it.
