Add current location picklist to Collar data

Examples: Office, Warehouse, Lab, Animal/Deployed, Field/Dropped, Lost/Missing, Reburbisment, Disposed, etc (from Bridget). Will need to be QC'd against the collar's deployment data. Coordinate with issue #36

Please make the following changes made to the Animal Movements application:

• 1) A "location" picklist attribute for collars (options: Lab. Office, Deployed, Missing, Refurbishing, Disposed)

• - I should also add a report, and/or triggers to keep this synced with deployment dates for the collar

• 2) A new collar report with frequency/Location to replace the spreadsheet attached below.
