bot use case: analyse my working patterns

During my working day I spend time on various activities: using different services in my browser, using different ai services(claude.ai, claude code, gemini, notebook lm). The goal is to find opportunities for optimisation and automation of my workflows as well as ooportunities for developing a product to make it a business.
I want to use claude code as much as possible for that analysis as I assume it is legit to give the bot claude code as a tool and use the subscription.

In Detail:

1. I would like to analyse the times spend on these activities, the more precise the better. i.e. knowing the time spent on the exact url would be best. But at least to know how much time I spend having the browser in the foreground or even with measuring mouse activity.
2. Besides the time, the conversations with AI are crucial since I probably tend to give again and again the same context or ask the same questions for work related tasks.
3. Since I use my laptop also for private purposes, a categorisation in work and private usage should be possible.
