Versions and tags in GitHub and npm

It looks like there is some synchronization issue between the tags of the released versions here in GitHub and in https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-3scale-cli.

Namely, I think that it would be great to:

• tag the released versions so that they appear here: https://github.com/3scale/3scale-cli/releases
• keep package version updated: https://github.com/3scale/3scale-cli/blob/master/package.json#L4
