usability requests for tomography processing

• tooltips when you mouse over the icon buttons. For example on the Tomo Processing page, the workflow (?) icon doesn't look very different from the edit icon.
• when creating a new Tomography Processing project, I initially didn't fill in all of the required fields. It would be nice to know which ones are required, either from the beginning, or to list all of the missing required fields (rather than one at a time).
• For non-STA data sets, it isn't unusual for the dose per tilt to vary from one tilt series to another.
• I didn't see anyplace where it says explicitly that the job has finished successfully.
• When there are more protocol buttons, it might be useful to have a one-sentence description of what that job does.
• A "Browse" button where files are to be entered
• Log file written to disk (so that you can check via SSH, for example)
• Motion-correction: support for formats other than EER
• Should contents of run.err be displayed in stderr tab?
• Create project directory if not already present
• Kill job from GUI
• Add text description to box in workflow
