We currently make a choice from a flat random distribution of the four chord types ("in-key", "mode mixture", "chromatic variation", "applied").
We can make this slightly more sophisticated in two steps:
- Provide a weighted probability for each chord type
- Provide a weighted probability for each chord structure (e.g., "major triad", "flat six", "N6", "V7/V", etc.)
