Add a function that:
The app sends a script to ftp server
The app disconnects and polls for [duration] to find device 5ghz hotspot
The script turns off WiFi then starts hotspot in 5ghz then starts ftp server
App connects to 5ghz hotspot

Or

The app sends script to device
The script waits [duration] time
The app turns on 5ghz hotspot
The script disconnects the wifi and polls to find hotspot ssid for auto connect
The script connects and starts ftp server
