How to use this?

How do I use this? I installed it using npm install -g npm-registry-mirror as indicated, but this does not provide a global command called npm-mirror. Can you provide a little more info how to set this up?

I second this request - this tool is just what I need but there's no npm-mirror or npm-registry-mirror binary, script or otherwise I can find.
